Terms and Conditions

Participation in the event is at your own risk and responsibility. The organizer and its partners assume no liability for theft, accidents, or illness. All participants are responsible for being in good physical shape and in good health.

Insurance against accidents, illness, or theft, as well as personal liability, is the responsibility of each individual participant. By registering, participants release the organizer, its assistants, and the landowners and path owners along the route and the event grounds from all liability claims and confirm that they are adequately insured against illness, accidents, and personal liability.

The organizer, its partners and the land and path owners disclaim any liability towards spectators and third parties.

The organizers reserve the right to change, supplement, or revoke the Terms and Conditions or the regulations in whole or in part. Participants are bound by any changes or additions to the published Terms and Conditions or rules.

The following applies to non-cash prizes: Legal recourse is excluded. The organizer or its partners assume no liability for defects in non-cash prizes. There is no right to alternative cash payment of the non-cash prizes, their exchange, modification, or transfer to another person. The organizer or its partners reserve the right at any time to offer equivalent replacements for the prizes. If the person waives the prize, the next person will take their place. The people will be notified promptly by email to the specified email address. If you do not wish to accept the prize, we ask that you contact us promptly. If the specified contact details are incorrect (e.g., invalid email address), the organizer and its partners are not obligated to find correct addresses. Any disadvantages resulting from providing incorrect contact details will be borne by the participant.
